Look what I got for my birthday 
Old Australian made Bull Bar. Nice Bumper but it was aluminum and didn't offer much strength or a place to install a winch.
Old Bumper removed.
New ARB Bumper Installed. Man this thing is strong. Bolts into frame in 8 places. really hope a Prius doesn't cut me off. 
Winch will be my next purchase. Looking at a Warn M1200

Thanks David,
Install was relatively easy.
It took my son and I about 30 minutes although I still have to splice in the turn signals.

The weight alone makes me think I need new front springs
