While not in Anza Borrego State Park the adjacent Inner Pasture area is amazing. Thanks to Daren for finding the route up the wash from the S2.

Bob, Thanks for sharing. I haven't been out in about 3 weeks and I was kind of having withdrawals. You pics and TR helped. That cave looked very cool and I don't think I have ever seen pottery in ABDSP with a pattern in it like that. Looks like lots of flowers too. I especially like the ghost flower pics. David

The cave was really cool. I can't take credit. I was ready to give up but Daren persisted :-) Guess there are pictos in there that we didn't see.
The area has a lot of signs of habitation.

That was a great hike out Bob, I am glad you and Mary were able to endure my day long ramblings and constant breaks to photograph animal poop...
I will post some pics and a TR soon..!
