Does anyone know if there is any official map of the Carrizo Impact area boundary.

This map shows a boundary, but it's probably old and may be not be accurate. http://caltopo.com/map.html#ll=32.93961,-116.07395&z=14&b=eus&a=shared

Grid 18 19 30 are inside park boundaries, but in our out of the Carrizo Impact area. Others say its along the county border. The latter is surely incorrect as the Old Carrizo sage station in outside the impact area.

As I hug close to the area at times while hiking, I want to be as sure as possible.

For general use it is close enough.
The stage station is outside the boundary.
The CIA is fenced and signed in key areas, if you don't see any signs or fences while hiking your location is defensible....smile
ABDSP makes available this map but CalTopo is more precise. If you overlay the ABDSP map over Caltopo you will see it is pretty close but that is just a map, on the ground fence line would be your best guide.
Remember, the CIA is ABDSP property and is patrolled by plane and 4wd vehicles as many OHV folks stray into the area.

Lastly, if you disturb live ordinance and we never see you again then I guess your were in the CIA.....Whaaaaa?

Also, in CalTopo use the Land Managment option in the Map Layers dropdown menu, that will give you a fairly accurate map.

Also, also (sorry) in CalTopo in the map layers select CA Visitor map and you will get the same map I linked to...it's been awhile since I used CalTopo. Try layering USGS 7.5 with an Enhanced Relief Layer at 25% and a CA Visitor map layer and playing with the opacity % and you can get a pretty good representation of the area.

Thanks, I'm late to respond.....
While looking I found some older maps that I included in my android app to download for offline use.
You gave the the final push to include an satellite map, that I was missing a couple of times, wondering where is the nice wash going.
