Summer Temperatures around Oriflamme Canyon

We are thinking of camping around Oriflamme Canyon in a couple weeks.
Anyone been out near there lately?
Curious how hot it is?
We were in Carrizo Gorge a couple weeks back and the temperatures were reading 109'

Seems Borrego is the new Death Valley, being hotter than Death Valley lately.
