What do you folks use for photo editing? Anyone deal with RAW images? Thanks for any feedback.

No expert, but I've always used Photoshop and Adobe Bridge. Have an old copy of CS5 before PS became subscription. Using RAW has become a speck more annoying since I now have to convert all RAW to DNG in order for Bridge to work. Planned obsolescence perhaps. RAW always gives you more options since you're not stuck starting with whatever jpeg algorithm felt was the best changes to your data. Hope that helps.

I don't work with RAW (not a real photographer). I have a relatively cheap point and shoot canon. I do minor touch ups and/or add graphics or comments with Irfanview, a free Windows program. It's pretty powerful for what it is, but it can't do layers or fancy stuff.

For RAW I use Corel AfterShot Pro, otherwise just use GIMP and sometime Photoshop with scanned film images.
