Just read online that Borrego Palm Canyon burned today. Any info?
Fire is natural, but always sad if a cool area burns.
Human idiocy would be my guess as to the cause. Hopefully not too much damage.

Grove burned really bad. The park prevents burning and the palm fronds were really thick. This grove may have been damaged really bad. It will come back though. Burned groves in Myers are healthy.
