Login Username Issue

When I tried to login it would not take my username with the proper caps... DesertWRX. When I type it in properly it uses the name that shows in the blue box below, which is Desertwrx, and it tells me I have an incorrect username. It is doing this on both my pc's. On my wife's Mac it keeps the correct caps and allows me to sign in. Help!

That sounds like maybe a cache issue? Can you clear the cache on your browser or try a different browser? If your wife's computer works fine but yours does not then I suspect something has gone astray with your browser.

I just tried that and went from 305m to 300k and still can't get my username correct. Any ideas how to make it not case sensitive?

Sorry Bill, I am not understanding how it is a case issue if it works on your wife's computer, it sounds like a computer problem.

Hi Bill, username should not be case sensitive although password is. What browser are you using on your PC?
