I spent May 11th and 12th camped up at the Sheep Canyon campground. It had been a few years since I've been through Lower Coyote Canyon and into Collins Valley. I also explored a bit into Cougar Canyon. The original plan was to bring the whole family along but my wife ended up having too much school work to finish over the weekend, so I headed out alone on this trip.

Hi everyone! I am a young automotive photographer looking to build my portfolio.

I will be traveling to the Anza Borrego Desert/ Salton Sea/ Joshua Tree area from June 3-7. I am looking for awesome cars/ motorcycles to photograph at these beautiful locations. Please let me know if you or someone you know may be interested in a photoshoot!

Nice trip. Lots of good pics and description. That is a great area. Hard to believe there are new pay sites up there.

It got into the high 90's. 60's at night. It was actually hotter in El Cajon when I got home. Low 100's.

The giant bug sculptures are between Borrego Springs Road and Di Giorgio Road, north of Christmas Circle.

Great pictures! My wife and I have Coyote Canyon and Sheep Canyon for the ABDSP Adopt a Trail/Wash program. Always removing ground fire rings and picking up trash (and mylar balloons!)! Keeping that part of the park clean is a reward in itself, but the views really make it worth it. Going up one more time before the road is closed for the season.
