Forum Upgrade

Well I am about 2 versions behind on the forum software so I may upgrade this in the next couple days.
I had to temporarily disable new user registration since we were getting a lot of spam.
Hoping the newer version will help deal with this.
As always let me know if you see any problems after the upgrade.
